A tribute to my chosen home Waltham, Mass. It plucked me from the ether and has conspired to keep me from leaving. Is it something in the air? I think it may be an east coast phenomenon like the western Taos Hum, a perfect confluence of ecological circumstances? Something metaphysical? Pure coincidence? Trapelo Road? Let's find out.

Waltham Bicycle Track
Who knew? There used to be a bicycle racing track that was a big hit in the early 20th century near South Street. This "velodrome" attracted 10,000+ people to each bicycle racing event. I guess it was kind of like a pre-automobile NASCSAR race. Check it out.
